![]() ![]() As noted above, the wrong numbers will be corrected. ![]() Will the incorrect list numbers be allowed? No - the Ford number would indicate if it was a T-bird or Galaxie carb to start with. I've conducted these at the Internationals since 2000 and so far have only looked at a couple of "M"s - of course, they had the right list numbers, but we also looked for the C2SE-A/B/E string as well - the C1AE-AU/AV would be a dead give-away that the wrong carb is in place. The carb numbers are only looked at when the car is subjected to the Authenticity/Survivor Reviews, which have been my responsibility. They show the correct part/list numbers, but the caption needs to be corrected for the rear carb to read C2SE 9510-B. Quite frankly, I'm amazed this faux pas got past us in the review process.Īnother correction that's needed is for the photos on the bottom of H3-23. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. (Man, I'm embarrassed!) We'll be correcting this error post-haste and announce the correction in the Scoop! What happened was that in assembling the listing almost three years ago, I must have typed in the Galaxie numbers when looking at the parts lists. No, its not debated - it's just that I screwed up - the hard-core enthusiasts are aware of what numbers are needed, but you're absolutely right - the listing on page H3-22 needs to be corrected so that the full-size Ford list numbers are deleted and the T-bird ones added.
